As the service point of videte IT project GmbH, we carry out technical support and customer complaints handling for all videte IT products. Following defined instructions, the product is checked and repaired quickly and precisely. 

Do you have a technical problem with a videte system? Please call our support hotline on +49 4321 75455-0 or fill in the "Technical support" form (right). We will deal with it immediately.


For the smooth processing of customer complaints, we also need some information from you. Please fill in the RMA form (right) and send it. You will then receive your RMA number for your procedure.

We will deal with your RMA procedure within 20 hours.
